Introduction


National Taiwan Normal University has a long history, established in 1922, with nearly a hundred years of history. In 1994, with the opening of the teacher training policy, NTNU actively transformed and developed into a comprehensive university. It now has 10 colleges and 67 departments, with more than 10,000 students in doctoral, master’s, and bachelor’s programs.

In addition to colleges of humanities, science and engineering, social sciences, and management, the colleges of art, music, sports, and education are among the best at home and abroad. NTNU is not only one of the top universities in Taiwan, but also enjoys an international reputation, and is also a leader in the degree of internationalization of domestic universities. In recent years, in order to cultivate students’ international competitiveness, it has been committed to creating a bilingual campus environment. In 2021 and 2022, it was awarded one of the “Key Cultivation Schools” of the Bilingual Learning Program for College Students approved by the Ministry of Education.

Teaching Quality and Academic Reputation

Our school is positioned as a “cross-domain integration, a comprehensive university for teachers and role models”, and cultivates the talents needed for Taiwan to develop a high-tech knowledge economy and internationalized professionals, as well as elites in the fields of education, language, information, art, humanities, science and technology, and sports and leisure.

Inter-school Academic Exchange and Resource Sharing

Since 2016, our school has established the “NTU System” with National Taiwan University and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, sharing course resources, cross-school course selection, minor departments, and sharing library, computer hardware and software, and system resources.

International Exchange and Cooperation

Our school has established cooperative relationships with well-known universities around the world, with more than 400 sister schools, spanning five continents, providing opportunities for transnational dual degree programs, exchange students, visiting students, overseas short-term language and cultural learning, and internships. In 2018, our school was recommended by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) visiting officer and became the first IB (International Baccalaureate) teacher training institution with “International Baccalaureate Teacher Certification” in Taiwan. If our school’s teacher trainees are selected and complete the program, they will be able to teach in more than 5,000 “IB schools” around the world in the future, expanding opportunities to teach abroad.

Full-time lecturer in the Department of Music, Universiti Putra Malaysia, an active musician in Malaysia, whose singing footprints include Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru; Taiwan, Rome, Melbourne, Hong Kong and Macau.

She is often invited to serve as a solo lead singer in various large-scale concerts and as a leading actress in various large-scale operas. She is also often invited to master classes in various places as a guide. In addition to performing and teaching everywhere, she also actively engages in voice research and participates in music community building.

In 2019, he studied at the School of Literature of the Beijing Film Academy. In 2015, he began to create texts on Instagram under the pen name “Bu Xiu” and gained high attention on social networking sites. In 2018, his published works topped the bestseller lists of many bookstores. He is known by the media as [New Generation Talented Woman] a Hong Kong writer in the 1990s.

For many years, he has spared no effort in researching and promoting Chinese culture, Confucian culture and Hakka culture, and his achievements are obvious to all. After retirement, he served as the Executive Secretary of the United Federation of Chinese Assembly Halls of Malaysia, dedicating himself to Chinese community affairs for 12 years, and his contribution to the overseas Chinese community is immeasurable.
