National Taipei University of Business

Founded in 1917, National Taipei University of Commerce is a century-old famous school, the best technical and vocational business university in Taiwan, and the cradle of Taiwan’s most important business talents.

Taipei University of Business specializes in business education, focusing on business innovation design and practical teaching, actively connecting industry, government, academia and research sectors, establishing diversified industry-academia cooperation channels, comprehensively promoting students’ corporate internships, and cultivating business and management innovative talents with excellent character and professional ability.

The school has developed dual campuses in Taipei and Taoyuan, with the School of Finance, Management and International Marketing on the Taipei Campus and the School of Innovative Design and Management on the Taoyuan Campus, integrating the academic fields and industry-academia resources of the two campuses to establish the characteristics of a practical teaching university.

In order to face the challenges of Taiwan’s limited educational resources and declining birthrate, our university actively combines the resources of enterprises, educational legal persons, academic institutions, and government resources around the two campuses to develop into a business university with the characteristics of business management innovation and digital innovation, and hopes to become a world-renowned university.

International Exchange and Cooperation

The university offers semester and academic year all-English international programs, as well as short-term international training programs during the winter and summer vacations, and accepts applications and exchanges from students from sister schools and other trainees from all over the world.

At present, our sister schools are located in the United States, Canada, Spain, Australia, the Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, France, the Czech Republic, Austria, Turkey, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, and China. The number of students who go to overseas sister schools for exchange is increasing year by year, and many students choose to engage in overseas internships, overseas volunteers, overseas work-study and participation in overseas international competitions.

Other special performances

The department has set up special courses combined with information technology, such as RFID logistics and supply chain application demonstration laboratory, graphical algorithm laboratory, intelligent enterprise computing laboratory, virtual accounting firm, and accounting information laboratory.

The Financial Information Laboratory of the Department of Finance and Finance, the Digital Learning Laboratory of the Department of Asset Management, the Business Intelligence Research Center, etc. Encourage students to spontaneously form innovative communities, stimulate students’ innovation ability through group seminars and peer learning and knowledge sharing, promote a diverse and independent learning atmosphere among students, and hold joint achievement presentations of innovative communities.

In addition, in order to integrate the new retail model of business intelligence and consumer experiential services, there are “Creative Product E-commerce Transactions and Virtual Social Enterprise Management Credit Programs” and “Smart Business Service Credit Programs”.

Transportation

The campus of our school is divided into two places: the school headquarters and the Taoyuan campus. The school headquarters is located in the center of Taipei, close to the confluence of the three railways of Taipei Station, with prosperous business and convenient transportation, and is also close to the Po’ai Special Zone, the National Library, the National Performing Arts Center and other political, administrative and cultural center areas, the environment is safe and humanistic gathering.

Taoyuan Campus is located in Pingzhen District, Taoyuan City, adjacent to Taoyuan International Airport, and is Taiwan’s foreign transportation hub.
