LEE-MING INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

Lee-Ming Institute of Technology was founded in 1969. The school’s teaching goal is employment-oriented, focusing on cultivating students’ professional skills. In order to develop the characteristics of each academic cluster, the school has established the “Creative Design Center”, “New Media Center”, “Smart Technology Center”, “Tourism and Hospitality Innovation Center”, “E-sports Industry Talent Training Center” and “Green Energy Vehicle Research and Training Center”.

Integrate the resources of various departments and cooperate with the industrial chain to meet the needs of the industry, and cultivate professional and technical talents with practical skills, innovation and employment competitiveness. Each department of the school has national-level certification examination rooms to provide students with certificate training and enhance their employment ability. Students have also won many awards in international skills competitions. Exclusive Scholarship

• Handled in accordance with the school’s “Lee-Ming Institute of Technology Scholarship Regulations for Overseas Chinese Students and Foreign Students”.

• Overseas Chinese students and foreign students (including students from Hong Kong and Macau) who have obtained admission permits from the school can receive a total scholarship of approximately NT$120,000 in accordance with the school’s Scholarship Regulations for Overseas Chinese Students and Foreign Students (distributed in eight semesters over four years by means of pre-deduction); that is, the scholarship for the first academic year is NT$30,000/per semester, and the scholarship for the second to fourth academic years is NT$10,000/per semester to reduce the burden on parents and students.

境外生輔導機制

• The school’s International Office employs 23 foreign teachers to assist overseas Chinese and foreign students with their lives and academic counseling; the proportion of foreign counseling teachers is the highest in Taiwan, providing overseas Chinese and foreign students with complete counseling and services.

Student dormitory provided

• Freshmen have priority to live in student dormitories; the dormitories are equipped with air conditioning, bathroom facilities, internet, etc., and are fully equipped with living facilities.

• The accommodation fee is NT$10,500 per semester (including the dormitory internet fee of NT$1,000); in addition, a dormitory deposit of NT$1,000 must be paid during freshman registration; no additional fees will be charged during winter and summer vacations.
