Introduction
International Certification
Feng Chia University is approaching its 63rd anniversary and is one of the oldest private universities in Taiwan. With a spirit of keeping pace with the times, all engineering departments have passed IEET international certification, and the Business School has obtained AACSB international business education certification. To actively promote international cooperative education, the International College has been established and Taiwan dual bachelor’s degree programs are planned.
Industry-Academia Cooperation
The university actively establishes alliances with Taiwanese businesses, alumni enterprises, and local foreign companies, including those in Japan, Singapore, Fujian and Zhejiang in mainland China, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia. This allows Feng Chia to link corporate resources, develop internship opportunities, and advance internationally, so that local and overseas graduates have workplace experience and international mobility to face employment challenges.
To date, nearly 500 domestic and foreign companies have signed industry-academia alliances, providing more than 1,200 student industry internship opportunities, allowing students to accumulate experience, enrich their experience, and enhance their competitiveness through workplace experience. For example, overseas internships are offered in cooperation with major well-known footwear companies in the world, and overseas students can choose to intern and work in various overseas production bases.
Transportation
Feng Chia University is a cosmopolitan university with both internationalization and a high degree of information technology. It is located in the center of Taichung City, adjacent to the “Shuinan Smart City” and Taichung Science Park and Taichung Industrial Park, which are key planning and development areas of the Taichung City Government, facilitating industry-academia cooperation.
In terms of living, it is close to the prosperous Feng Chia business district, chain department stores, the National Taichung Theater, the Taichung City Government, and Qiu Honggu Ecological Park, combining living functions and quality. In terms of transportation, it is close to Wuri High-Speed Rail Station and the highway, making transportation to and from the north and south convenient; Taichung Ching Chuan Kang International Airport, which is half an hour away by car, is the first choice for tourism or studying in Taiwan.

Highlights
Employment Combat Power – Cultivating Talents Who Combine Learning and Application
Introducing first-class industries into the campus, and cooperating with TSMC to offer four semiconductor courses. Teachers/industry mentors teach hand-in-hand. Students can select courses according to the curriculum plan, and receive a TSMC curriculum certificate after completing the curriculum requirements, connecting with the workplace in advance. At the same time, the university is a member of the AI Alliance. In addition to taking AI courses offered on campus, students can also actively apply to take courses offered by alliance schools, which not only provides rich AI course learning resources, but also effectively solves the current shortage of talents in the industry and the school’s related AI professional teachers are fully loaded.
