Introduction
1. Da-Yeh University upholds the four guiding principles of education: “Mentorship, Industry-Academia Collaboration, International Alignment, and Career Success.” With the brand of a “German-style University of Technology,” it combines innovative teaching with industry resources, and its abundant research and development capabilities are the best support for local industries.
2. The school’s “Tea Technology and Product Development Base,” “Cosmetics and Cosmeceuticals Feature Development Base,” “Data Technology Talent Cultivation and Development Base,” “Coating Development Base,” and “Elderly Long-Term Care and Smart Assistive Device Development Base” have created the best model for the tripartite co-prosperity of industry, academia, and research.
3. We have established sister school relationships with more than 276 world-renowned universities, including Purdue University Northwest (USA), Istituto Marangoni (Italy), and Hong Kong Polytechnic University. We offer opportunities such as international professional faculty teaching on campus, dual degree programs, exchange students, and overseas internships, allowing students to have access to the academic resources of multiple countries and enhance their international mobility.
Teaching quality and academic prestige
1. Da-Yeh University has demonstrated outstanding performance in academic research. ESI and WOS paper statistics in Taiwan show that the university has accumulated considerable research energy in the fields of engineering, mechanical engineering, agricultural sciences, materials science, biology, and immunology.
2. The 2024 UI GreenMetric World University Ranking was announced, with 1,183 universities from 84 countries participating. Da-Yeh University ranked 57th globally and 7th in Taiwan, and has been the number one private comprehensive university in Taiwan for the tenth time since 2014!
3. Times Higher Education (THE) announced the 2025 “THE Impact Rankings,” which uses the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations as evaluation indicators to measure the contributions of universities in promoting global sustainable development. This year, only 53 schools in Taiwan were included in the list, with Da-Yeh University ranking 1001-1500 globally and 46th in Taiwan.
4. Da-Yeh University’s invention team challenged the 10th Korea WiC World Innovation Invention Competition in 2024. The creative inventions covered topics such as smart disaster prevention, health care, and life applications. Our school, with its German apprenticeship system, led students to cultivate expertise and discover potential. Competing with works from 13 countries including the United States, Canada, and Malaysia, we returned with good news, winning 5 gold medals.
5. Students have demonstrated excellent learning performance. In the 32nd National Intercollegiate Environmental Protection and Energy Saving Vehicle Competition, elite departments from across the country competed, attracting ten schools and more than a hundred contestants. This year, our school had three teams participating, and they performed outstandingly, winning the dynamic competition championship, the spirit championship, the dynamic competition third place, and the vehicle production fourth place, bringing home four trophies.
International Exchange and Cooperation
1. Sister schools are located in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Russia, Australia, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and other countries. Many are among the top three world-renowned universities in various fields, such as Hiroshima University (Japan), QUT (Australia), and Purdue University (USA). A total of 276 overseas sister schools.
2. We provide opportunities to help our students pursue dual degrees, exchange programs, overseas internships, and lectures by renowned teachers to broaden their international horizons. Currently, approximately 2,100 people have completed their studies abroad and returned to Taiwan or are currently studying abroad.
3. The school specially offers a free “Overseas Dual Degree Foreign Language Intensive Class” to guide students in passing the foreign language requirements of overseas dual degree schools. If Hong Kong and Macao students are interested, Da-Yeh University will fully assist you.

1. In addition to strengthening the teaching and counseling of basic general education and professional subjects, Da-Yeh University also cultivates Da-Yeh students with the qualities of “willing to learn, willing to do, willing to contribute, and willing to be responsible” through mentorship, Da-Yeh Four Affirmations College, club activities, service courses, and other potential learning experiences.

1.
