Highlights

Micro-program

In order to enable students to respond to the various opportunities and challenges they will face when entering society in the future, Chang Gung University needs to cultivate not only the ability of professional subjects, but also multi-faceted and diversified learning. The micro-program takes “interdisciplinary” as the course design goal, integrates knowledge from different fields, and gradually learns through “foundation, core, and practice”. In addition to equipping students with multi-faceted professional abilities, it can also enhance their interdisciplinary thinking and communication, become all-round talents, and increase future employment advantages. Ten micro-programs have been opened for students to choose from.

Third semester system to shorten graduation time

Chang Gung University has established a summer third semester system to allow students to effectively plan their future blueprints and obtain a secondary specialty. Interdisciplinary credit programs are held every summer, replacing the study period with a credit system. Students can apply for graduation as long as they complete the minimum graduation credits required by the department and the graduation threshold required by the school, and can complete their studies in as little as three years.
