After graduating from the Department of Chinese Literature of her alma mater, she devoted herself to education and continued to pursue further studies to enhance her professional development. She successively obtained a Master of Putonghua Education from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Master of Education from the Open University of Hong Kong, and a Diploma in School Library Management from the University of Hong Kong.

She is currently the school librarian of Sau Mau Ping Catholic Primary School in Hong Kong, and actively serves in various public positions: President of the Hong Kong Alumni Association of National Changhua University of Education, Director of the General Association of Hong Kong Alumni Associations of Taiwan Universities, Director of the Hong Kong School Library Director Association, and Cultural and Educational Consultant of the Hong Kong Seagull Society, giving back to her alma mater and all sectors of society.

魏麗珊

Outstanding Alumnus of Changhua Normal University

Macau

Graduated from the Department of Chinese Literature of National Changhua University of Education in Taiwan and has achieved outstanding achievements in the fields of education and culture. As an outstanding alumnus of Changhua Normal University, Dr. Wei is currently a professor at the Faculty of Education of City University of Macau, focusing on organizational behavior and human resource management, teaching methods and teacher professional development.

She has extensive experience in the education sector, having served as the assistant principal of Colegio Diocesano de São José and actively participated in teaching research and textbook writing for the Macau Education and Youth Affairs Bureau.

Dr. Wei is also committed to teacher professional development and the protection of Macau’s cultural heritage, making important contributions to the development of education and culture in Macau, highlighting the achievements of Changhua Normal University in cultivating outstanding talents.

楊智誠

Outstanding Alumnus of Changhua Normal University

Macau

After graduating from the Department of Guidance and Counseling of National Changhua University of Education, he has devoted himself to education and social services, especially in assisting disadvantaged groups and connecting alumni. He also works as a teacher at the Yunlin Linnei Community Base, helping people with disabilities develop independent living skills and professional skills so that they can better integrate into society.

In addition, he actively participates in social services, hoping to build a bridge for disadvantaged groups to integrate into society. As the first president of the Macau Alumni Association of Changhua Normal University, he strives to unite alumni, support each other, and assist newly graduated alumni in understanding the workplace development in Macau.

Appointed as a pre-marital counseling course lecturer by the Department of Family and Social Development (LPPKN)

Founder of Empower Counseling Consultancy Services in Malaysia, and also serves as a member of the Student Affairs Counseling Working Group of the Independent Secondary School Board of Directors, a lecturer of the Dong Zong’s specialized course “School Counseling Work”, a supervisor of the Bodhi Counseling Center and Shunxin Counseling Center, a counseling consultant of the Xilian Minli Middle School Board of Directors, and is appointed by the Malaysian Ministry of Women, Family and Social Development (LPPKN) as a pre-marital counseling course lecturer and a director of Xilian Minli Middle School.

Principal of Pin Hwa High School, Klang

Malaysia

He has been engaged in Chinese independent secondary school education for 25 years. In 2011, he obtained a master’s degree in school administration from Changhua Normal University and was one of the founding members of the National Changhua Normal University Malaysia Alumni Association.

He is currently the principal of Pin Hwa High School, Klang, and also actively participates in the Dong Jiao Zong National Development Chinese Independent Secondary School Working Committee, becoming a central committee member and a member of the unified curriculum committee, promoting the development blueprint and curriculum reform of Chinese education in Malaysia.

吳麗琪

Principal Goh Li Chi of Pin Hwa High School, Klang, Malaysia, has been deeply involved in Chinese independent secondary school education for 30 years, promoting school affairs reform in six major areas: strategy, education, teaching, interpersonal relations, structure, and culture, with remarkable results.

She advocates lifelong learning and took the lead in participating in the first overseas class of the Master of Education Administration program offered by Changhua Normal University in Malaysia, and encouraged teachers to enroll in the Master of Education Administration and Counseling program to improve their professional level.

Principal Goh has demonstrated outstanding performance in school leadership and educational administration, actively promoting the educational cause of Changhua Normal University in Malaysia and enhancing the literacy and humanistic atmosphere of Chinese teachers.

Outstanding Alumnus of Changhua Normal University

Malaysia

Peng Jincai, former vice principal of Kuan Cheng Kulai Branch, went to National Changhua Normal University to pursue master’s and doctoral programs in his nearly 40s because he felt that his teaching experience lacked theoretical support.

During this period, he met educational elites, expanded his network, and deepened his theoretical understanding. After returning to China, he founded Bowen Education Center to promote teacher training and student counseling. He used the experience accumulated at Changhua Normal University to co-organize a small paper competition with Taiwan to promote educational exchanges between Malaysia and Taiwan.

His experience proves that mid-career further education can improve professional skills and make greater contributions to the education sector.

Mr. Zhuang Yongrui, an outstanding alumnus of National Changhua Normal University in Malaysia, won the “Lifetime Outstanding Contribution Award” at the 15th anniversary celebration of the Malaysian Artists Association, adding glory to his alma mater. The event was co-organized by the Malaysian Artists Association and the University of Malaya Art Museum to recognize artists who have made outstanding contributions in the field of art.

Zhuang Yongrui enjoys a high reputation in the Malaysian art world and is committed to promoting cultural exchanges between Malaysia and Taiwan.

Indonesia

Changhua Normal University is an important base for my learning and growth. From the Department of Business Administration to the Master’s Program in Marketing and Distribution Management, I spent a fulfilling and rich learning time here.

After graduation, I worked as a research assistant at my alma mater for three years, and then began to teach Indonesian, teaching at many schools in Changhua. The learning process at Changhua Normal University not only gave me solid professional knowledge, but also laid a solid foundation for my career, enabling me to make significant progress.

I thank God for accumulating rich academic research experience through Changhua Normal University, which has allowed me to continue to grow on this path.

Free Teacher Training Program

Overseas Chinese students and foreign students of the university can study the education program through application and registration. Those who have completed the relevant tutorial credits will be issued a certificate of completion by the university for use in applying for teaching positions upon returning to their place of residence.

Industry-Academia Cooperation, Graduate Career

The university has long been committed to improving academic quality and industry-academia cooperation. In 2023, it specially established the “Industry College” to cultivate high-quality professional talents in cooperation with industries (enterprises) with employment connection as the guidance, so that graduates of liberal arts and science and engineering have the opportunity to enter high-tech industries for employment.
