Introduction
China University of Technology (CUTe), founded in 1965, has two campuses: the Taipei Wenshan Campus, near the MRT Wenhu Line Wanfang Hospital Station, and the Hsinchu Hukou Campus, a 3-minute distance from the TRA Beihu Railway Station. The two campuses have convenient transportation, with easy access to the north and south. The campuses are elegant and the teaching facilities are complete, making them the best place to start your academic career.
Our university is a practical teaching-oriented university of science and technology with distinctive development characteristics and outstanding performance in running schools. It has won a subsidy of NTD 560.8 million from the Teaching Excellence Program and the Higher Education Deep Cultivation Program of the Taiwan Ministry of Education. Chairman Chuang Yung-shun of Advantech Co., Ltd. agrees with the concept of emphasizing education, and in order to support the education of overseas Chinese students, he donated NTD 100 million to promote the development of science and technology education.
In addition, Chairman Chou Chun-chi of the Sinyi Realty Group also donated NTD 42.73 million to actively promote the development of character education, and subsidizes approximately 40 Malaysian students each year, so that students at the school can study with peace of mind and focus on their academic development, so as to achieve the purpose of teaching.

• Ranked 5th among universities and colleges in the country and 1st among private universities of science and technology in the 2019 University Social Responsibility (USR) University Citizen Selection by Global Views Magazine.
• Ranked 3rd in the country in the “Taiwan’s Best University Rankings” by Yuanjian Magazine.
• Won the Ministry of Education’s Higher Education Deep Cultivation Program for two consecutive years, receiving NTD 72.6 million in 2018 and NTD 72.1 million in 2019, ranking 9th among private universities of science and technology.
• The Department of Visual Communication Design won the WINNER Award in the Visual Communication Design category of the Korea Design Awards.
• Won 16 German Red Dot Brand and Communication Design Awards at the 2020 German Red Dot Design Awards, accumulating a total of 41 Red Dot Design Awards in 4 years.
• The graduation project “Scattered Feast” of the Department of Film and Television Design won the Best Student Drama Short Film Award at the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival and the Best Student Short Film Award at the New York Orleno Film Festival.
• The Department of Interior Design won the Golden Point Newcomer Design Award.
• The Malaysian, Indonesian, Filipino and Taiwanese students of the Department of International Business and the Department of Marketing and Distribution Management teamed up to win the first place in the National Treasure Hunt. Huan Yuan” Exploration Taiwan 120h Sustainable Travel Competition.
US MSU 3+1 Bachelor’s Dual Degree Program
Our school cooperates with Metropolitan State University (MSU) in the United States to provide a “three years in Taiwan, one year in the United States” dual degree program, allowing our students to have the opportunity to apply to MSU for one year in their senior year. After completing the graduation requirements of both our school and MSU, they can obtain bachelor’s degrees from both Taiwan and the United States.
Metropolitan State University in Minnesota, USA, is the third highest-rated region in the United States for education. Its pride comes from the University of Minnesota and seven state universities. Minnesota State Metropolitan State University (hereinafter referred to as Metro State) was founded in 1971 and is one of the seven state universities in Minnesota, USA. Metro State is an institution of higher learning in the Midwestern United States that combines education, research and practical experience.
Metro State has three campuses.
METRO STATE is one of the well-known American universities recognized by the Ministry of Education of our country. The school is a member of The Higher Learning Commission and is also a qualified institution of higher learning certified by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA) in the United States and a member of the AACSB — The American Assembly of Collegiate Schools of Business. Metro State currently has approximately 11,390 students and approximately 1,250 graduate students, with international students accounting for 2% of the total student population.
Metropolitan State University has been cooperating with our school since 2010 to offer international MBA and university dual degree programs (3 years in Taiwan, 1 year in the United States). The course content mainly assists students to broaden their international horizons, absorb the best business management knowledge in the world, and improve their workplace English skills; to date, approximately 400 alumni have successfully obtained MBA degrees and university dual degrees, and have achieved outstanding performance and achievements in various related fields.

Cai Bijing, a graduate of Chung Hwa Independent High School in Kelantan, is studying in the Department of Tourism Management of our school. In addition to her outstanding academic performance, she also actively participates in clubs and charity fundraising activities. She represented the school in the “CommTECH Camp” workshop and international culinary arts competition held by Surabaya Institute of Technology, a cooperative school in Indonesia.
